Soulfire Tattoo Studio

Soulfire Tattoo Studio

There's a fire in my soul, and it burns for Papyrus. Seriously though, I've been thinking about Papyrus and tattoos since I got this submission from Lindsay Bea. I wonder if anyone has one? My dreams have been plagued with people going in, complementing their cool font and wanting a tattoo designed with it. I think I'll avoid Soulfire for my tattooing needs. Or maybe I should just go for a Papyrus tattoo and get it over with...

Oh, and thanks again Lindsay, keep 'em coming! (She has indeed kept them coming and we have a super gem waiting to go up soon!)

  1. Alright douchebag, this happens to be how i feed my family, so you want to tell ppl not to go to my studio based on the font I chose for my sign (since it is an ancient art I thought an ancient style font would be appropriate, duh) get a fucking life loser

    1. This "loser" who has pointed out your unoriginal sign is right. Your family may need to eat, but Ignorance and unoriginality should not be rewarded, especially when it comes to a tattoo artist. Your sign is wretched and you should feel stupid for making it.

    2. You have really demonstrated responsibility, professionalism, restraint and, most importantly, spelling and grammar skills in your response. I really want to entrust you with an irreversible alteration of my appearance now.

  5. puh-lease, goto the company thats willing to put effort into their public image, at least enough to own a website.

  6. See thats the problem, public image is what makes ppl get bad tattoos unknowingly, I would choose a studio based on the art, not what the "image" is, I didnt realize that a website was the criteria for being a credible tattoo studio

  7. yup, anyone can own a website, doesnt mean jack

  8. Beats using Helvetica though doesn't it?
Helvetia is a better font, for sure, but its so imensely overused, its the mac default font since the 80's and designers get all gushy about what is basically the most retarded no brainer of a font choice. There must be about a million brand guidelines that say 'chose helvetica due to its modernity and supreme readability' blah blah blah.

  9. Wow, and i thought a guy could just choose lettering for his own studio, using his own tatse, without even a remote thought that some loser would have nothing better to do than spend time ripping on it! Im baffled by the sheer idiocy it takes to focus your time on something like this. Good on ya, lmao

  10. looks like legal slander to me...

  11. First, as the great JJJ once said, "Slander is spoken. In print it's libel."

Secondly, this is one guy's opinion on a website. So what if he says "I'll avoid Soulfire for my tattooing needs." He's free to say that. It's not like he accused Soulfire of violating health codes. He merely stated his opinion. And I don't think it's intended to be taken seriously, either. But hey, feel free to yell at each other about a blog post.
