Drew sent us this website, abookofinsight.com for the "A Book of Insight: Wisdom form the Other Side" a book of Insights" Seriously. Not quite sure about this book... But anyway, what's even more wacky is that glowing 3D word art Papyrus.

Telling me that I can save the world in Papyrus really makes me skeptical, especially the kerning on each line. The real problem is that it looks like the body copy is also in Papyrus, which would make it really really difficult to read. Oh what has become of us.

Sent in by one of our Facebook fans, Eartha, this shot illustrates the divide between design and current conversations on the "Internets", as some call "social media". Clearly a disconnect. Is this what (years ago) they referred to as the "digital divide"? No, probably not, but clearly some overpaid employee in Del Monte's marketing department isn't paying attention, yet still on a decent salary. Where the hell's my annual supply of canned peaches in light syrup or pear juice? God damn. Life is truly unfair.

They're referring to Papyrus paper, and of course, what more suitable a font. Someone thought they were bang on clever with this one. This site was discovered by Alexa, yet another example of papyrus use in the green/eco-friendly organic-ish industry. Some neat stuff on the website actually, too bad the logo's not so hot. The real kicker though is the Papyrus body copy on the site itself. Gah! No! Never do that.

Forgot about this one! Found it for the day or two the Kanye-Swift incident was funny. It's funny because Avatar uses Papyrus (seriously). lol.

Our friend Torley spotted Papyrus looming ominously behind Roman Polanski in an interview by the American Film Institute. I think it says "Mystery" and it's in every backdrop of the related interviews, too :S Tsk tsk.
