Who told them that this was a good font choice for this situation? It's not in any way bold or heavy, so it's far from eyecatching (unless you're like me and can spot Papyrus from 30 feet away at any given moment in time).
Oh man! I was going to submit this! My envelope arrived in the mail a few weeks ago and I got a good chuckle out of it.
I wonder if the irony here was intentional (don't use paper)--perhaps the IRS has developed a sense of humor...

ha, no not likely! So is this a national thing? (we're in Canada). If so that's pretty crazy hilarious.
