A Papyrus CAPTCHA - now I've seen everything, thanks to Jesse. Funny thing is I tend to have CAPTCHA blindness, that is, half the time I can't read the damn things. Ever get that? Don't try the audio version, trust me. Anything, this is actually quite legible. Spammers must not program their spambots to read Papyrus.

That's unacceptable for the security issues alone! Just use ReCAPTCHA and be done with it.
